This is a really nice mix you have going here! All of your colors are so vibrant -- especially the photo from the food market! Normally, I would think the image of the church courtyard window is underexposed, but I love the moodiness of the image pairs well with the very soft light here. You also have a good variety of depth of field this week. I particularly enjoy the DOF of the purple flower. Keep up the good work!
I agree with what Jasime has said, your images are very vibrant and especially green this week. For the first couple images, you really closed the distance between yourself and the subject, which can help to result in a beautiful shallow depth of field. I would like the fourth image a lot better if it was better exposed, but if you straighten it and mess around a bit more, I feel as if you could make it work.
Bailey, Love the colors this week! The vegetable stall and purple flower are my favorites from this round. I also like your experimentation with lighting in your fourth image. My only suggestion is that the final image could have been framed differently. I don’t mind the slanted view of the building but if you had included the top of it (with some more negative space from the sky) you might have gotten this weird asymmetrical composition that may have been more dynamic, though that would sacrifice how you’ve filled the frame... who knows? Just something to think about!
Bailey!
